STEP
1 - Overview
The aim of this 10 step programme is to
support you in your decision to lose weight through motivation, neuro
linguistic programming, hypnosis and common sense.
You will need to have the desire to lose
weight and about 40 minutes per day to relax whilst listening to the hypnosis
recording included with this programme.
The programme is designed to assist you in
losing at least 2 pounds of excess weight per week over the programmes 12 week
span and to provide you with the tools to allow you to keep this weight off, permanently.
At the end of the 12 week programme you can
continue to listen to the recording and follow the programme until your body
reaches your goal weight and you achieve the slim trim you, that you desire.
This programme differs from most other weight
loss plans since we do not sell pills, potions or false promises – we simply
ask that you to stick to the programme, follow the rules, stay positive and
enjoy feeling great, relaxed, confident and empowered.
The programme has been designed based on the
highly successful programme that we operate at our clinic. The principal is
simple – Eat good healthy food which you enjoy, eat only to live, do not live
to eat and get at least 30 minutes exercise every day. By following the
instructions on this programme you will learn how to perfect these principles
and develop techniques to control your food consumption along with motivational
techniques to make you feel good about yourself.
STEP 2 – The Slim Trim YOU
There are 2 ways people think about
themselves when it comes to eating. There’s fat thinking and slim trim thinking
– we teach you to think as a slim trim thinker.
STEP 3 - Your Eating Strategy
This strategy will help you develop a healthy
relationship with food, eat sensibly, and curb a tendency to eat because of
emotions or external triggers.
STEP 4 – Your Diet
Knowing what to eat is important. We remind
and educate you on what’s good and what’s not so good for you. We teach you to
eat healthy nutritious foods.
STEP 5 – Your Feel Good Anchor
Your feeling good resource and anchor –
Feeling great, confident, relaxed and empowered is a powerful resource – I will
teach you a simple way to get this feeling anytime you like.
STEP 6 – Time Line Therapy
Time line therapy testing your new resource –
We examine the power of your resources and remove obstacles that you may
perceive are in the way of you attaining your goal.
STEP 7 – The rules
We explain the 8 simple rules that you need
to stick to, so that you achieve your goal.

Getting Exercise
OK, exercise is not everybody’s idea of fun!
You don’t need to go to the gym to work out but you will need to at least walk
for 30 minutes a day to help shift that weight.We give you tips on how to
achieve this.
STEP 9 – The Conclusion
A round up of everything we have discussed reminding
you of all that you need to remember as a slim trim person.
STEP 10 – Relaxation Hypnotherapy
Relax and enjoy this
hypnotic experience as we bind together the steps of this programme. We start
by relaxing your entire body followed by a wonderful walk to a place where we
reflect and reinforce your commitment. This relaxation session should be listened
to at least once a day until you feel ready to proceed as a slim trim thinker,
unaided.
